DJ Matt Correa, a producer with over 25 years of experience in both fields. As a DJ, he has been performing since he was 14 years old (1994). He started in a small venue in Marbella’s Marina called “2 Soul Out,” where he played rap and hip hop with a high school friend, along with other styles and artists that caught his attention at the time, such as Jamiroquai and Brand New Heavies. Throughout his career, alongside his club sessions, he has always enjoyed dance styles off the main floor, which led him to DJ in the chill-out areas of raves and festivals by the late 90s.

The 2000s were spent in Madrid, where he performed in large venues like Changó, La Riviera, and Fabrik, as well as clubs like Café La Palma. He also presented musical atmospheres in prestigious spots like Café Oliver and the terrace of La Casa de América. During these residencies, he offered music genres that are more refined and less suited for the dance floor, such as jazz, soul, and more intimate electronic sets.

It has been 20 years since his first vinyl release in 2004 and countless performances across various clubs and discos throughout the country. After spending a decade in Madrid, producing for other artists and programming at his own clubs, he returned to Marbella in 2010 to continue his musical.
